How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity or choose from several grind settings tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.

What is your return policy for food products?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We practice direct trade, working closely with farmers to ensure they are paid well above Fair Trade premiums and utilize sustainable farming methods.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

Store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profiles.
