Returns & Exchanges

At Highfalutin Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans once they have left our facility. If you are dissatisfied with your order or have issues with brewing equipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your coffee or equipment.

  • 2.
    Provide Documentation

    For damaged equipment or shipping errors, please attach clear photos of the packaging and product so we can expedite your claim with the carrier.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for non-perishable items.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once your return is inspected or your coffee claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement bag immediately.
